PROVEN LEADERSHIP FOR ALL OF US

Meet Ryan Mackenzie

Nine generations ago, Ryan’s first ancestor settled in our area and fought in the Northampton County Militia during the Revolutionary War. Through the years, his family’s commitment to service has continued on…with family members helping build companies like Hercules Cement, serving our nation in both World Wars, and serving here at home in professions like teaching and nursing.

Ryan has continued that commitment to serving others in his own life as a State Representative standing strong for local residents and the people of Pennsylvania, and today as the Republican nominee for Congress in the 7th Congressional District.

In Harrisburg, Ryan is feared by the establishment as one of the most effective and proven reforms in government – and someone who never stops fighting for the things that help real people. Ryan doesn’t just talk the talk – he gets the things we want enacted into law.

Now Ryan is ready to take our fight to Washington and stand up to the politicians – working to make our lives a easier, safer, and better for the future.

How can we be sure Ryan will get results? Because as a State Representative he has proven his ability to bring people together and pass bipartisan initiatives into law. Just this year, Ryan authored legislation – signed by Governor Shapiro - to ensure our first responders receive the recognition and support they deserve. These new laws are in addition to successful bipartisan efforts to reform our tax system to help grow our economy, ensure fiscal discipline to protect taxpayers, improve maternal healthcare and healthcare related to strokes, and much more.

How can we trust Ryan understands our concerns? Because he’s a local guy who has made the Lehigh Valley proud. After graduating from Parkland High School near the top of his class, he received his undergraduate degree, with honors, in Finance and International Business from New York University, and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Involved in several charities and nonprofit organizations in our community, Ryan currently serves on the executive council of the Lehigh Career & Technical Institute, previously served on the board of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the boards of other non-profits that provide affordable housing for seniors and helped individuals with special needs.

Ryan and his wife, Chloe, make their home in Lower Macungie Township with their newborn son, Leo, and rescue hound dog, Ruckus.

Note: Recognition and awards mentioned do not indicate endorsement of candidacy.
