RESULTS ON GROWING OUR ECONOMY:

Never voted for a tax increase.

Author of law that expanded the required use of E-Verify in Pennsylvania to stop illegal immigrants from being hired in the construction industry and protect American jobs and wages.

Consistently voted to protect American jobs and American workers through Made in PA/USA efforts.

Voted to stop Governor Wolf’s radical climate agenda and the implementation of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) cap-and-tax scheme that will cost PA energy jobs and increase energy costs for everyone.

Prime sponsor of legislation that closed corporate tax loopholes and eliminated the inheritance tax on small family businesses – called "The Most Significant Tax Reform In 20 Years" by PA CPA Journal.

Recognized leader on expanding job training and career and technical education. Selected to serve as the Republican Chair of the House Labor & Industry Committee.

RESULTS ON DEFENDING OUR VALUES:

Voted for curriculum transparency in K-12 schools so parents know what is being taught to their children.

Co-sponsor of Parental Rights in Education, legislation to prohibit age-inappropriate classroom instruction and require parental notification about changes in services relating to child’s mental, emotional, or physical health or well-being.

Voted to expand school choice options for parents, including increased funding for Pennsylvania’s Education Improvement Tax Credits (EITC).

Voted for the Protect Women’s Sports Act to defend women and promote fairness.

Leads by example on government reform by refusing legislative perks, including a state car and per diems. Voted to eliminate state cars for all legislators.

Served as a volunteer on non-profit boards focused on helping individuals with special needs, seniors, students, and small businesses. 

RESULTS ON SECURING OUR COMMUNITIES:

Consistently fighting against illegal immigration. Leading efforts to stop illegal immigrants from taking American jobs and cracking down on employers that use child labor involved in human trafficking. 

Co-prime sponsor of legislation to stop sanctuary cities in Pennsylvania and voted for it in past legislative sessions.

Voted for numerous initiatives to combat the drug and opioid epidemic in Pennsylvania. Led the charge against bad actors taking advantage of injured workers and the overprescribing of unneeded medications.

Author of law that created the “Startup for Soldiers” program in Pennsylvania that helps veterans as they transition to the private sector and start their own businesses.

Leading the fight against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Pennsylvania. Author of proposed resolution to create a Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between Pennsylvania and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to investigate and suggest legislative solutions such as banning TikTok on state devices, divesting Pennsylvania retirement plans from CCP assets, blocking sale of agriculture land and land near military bases to investors tied to CCP, and having better oversight of donations tied to CCP made to colleges and universities. 

Supported local infrastructure improvements, police, fire companies, and EMS through increased grant funding. Author of law that helps local volunteer fire and rescue companies by exempting them from realty transfer taxes.

RESULTS ON RESTORING OUR FREEDOMS:

Consistent voting record of protecting 2nd Amendment rights of law-abiding gun owners. Opposed unconstitutional efforts to infringe on our 2A rights. Always supported during campaigns for the election and re-election by pro-2A groups.

100% pro-life voting record from the PA Pro-Life Federation. Author of law to improve maternal health outcomes and voted to provide funding for real alternatives to abortion.

Co-sponsor of Constitutional Right to Medical Freedom and Association Health Care Plans legislation. Fought back against unscientific Covid restrictions. Pushed for constitutional amendments that voters approved to restrict governor’s ability to implement government mandates going forward.

Voted for Voter ID and other election integrity efforts that would make it easier to vote and harder to cheat.

Voted to protect constitutional rights and political expression. Voted against constant attacks on constitutional rights by Harrisburg Democrats. 

Prime sponsor of Article V legislation for term limits on Members of Congress. Supporter of term limits on Pennsylvania state legislators as well.
